It includes information about your Host Organization, transportation, housing, meals, uniform, stipend, and other important details. Please note that if your Host Organization does not provide housing, you will be responsible for securing your own accommodation.

Our Compliance Department will send you the necessary documents that must be signed and returned so we can begin processing your J-1 application. You will also receive an invoice from our Accounting Department for the Program Fees, SEVIS Fee, and Travel Insurance (if you opted for it). You may also complete these steps through the portal.

Please note that all required documents must be submitted and all payments completed within 30 days to secure your placement.
